Can you create a folder named "con", "prn", "nul" in windows?

Can you create a folder named "con" in windows?? Also try to create a folder named "nul" you won't be able to. If you are not tired, also try creating folder named “prn“. I hope you could create, oh you could not??? Yes, there is a reason.
This is because “nul”, “prn” and “con” are “special” files in Windows System that are used in maintaining the internal directory structure in the FAT (File Allocation Table). Another undocumented bug of undisclosed source code - OS.Live with these or switch to linux. :-D

Acronym Finder - Acronyms and Abbreviations

This is cool!! The Acronym Finder, we need this many a times in day to day life or just use to impress someone with your general knowledge ;-)
(Ofcourse You would take help of this site I know).

The Acronym Finder is a world wide web (WWW) searchable database of more than 2,440,000 abbreviations and acronyms about computers, technology, telecommunications, and military acronyms and abbreviations.

The Acronym Finder is not a glossary of terms, web search engine, dictionary, or a thesaurus -- it is only designed to search for and expand acronyms and abbreviations. Useful right?

Want to learn online how to play Guitar?

These are few most popular guitar tutorial sites
ChordFind - this is pretty basic, but handy. A simple collection of chord configurations on a Java-enabled fretboard.
Guitar Noise - Very chatty, personable tutorial along with plenty of interviews.
Guitar Tricks - packed with short video clips and sound files! If you have a fast connection, this is a great site.
VisionMusic - this is essentially a commercial site masquerading as a free tutorial. Very little introductory material here.
Guitar Lesson World - This site has gotten the thumbs up from Rolling Stone, Acoustic Guitar, and the dearly departed Yahoo! Internet Life. It's packed with pictures, handy lists, and sound clips, and the verbiage is kept to a minimum.

Associate Consultant with Infosys Technology Ltd at has won KBC-2 ( 2 crores )

STRIKING IT RICH: Piyush Swain with Amitabh Bachchan on the sets of KBC-2. The episode will be telecast on Friday.

This Friday, at 9 p.m., when the baritone of Amitabh Bachchan rings across living rooms in the twin cities from the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati-2 on Star Plus, Hyderabadis will have one more reason to stay glued to their television sets.
The reason answers to the name Piyush Swain, an engineer who is a native of Rourkela in Orissa, born in Uttar Pradesh, brought up in Assam, educated in Orissa and Kerala and having worked in Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad.
Piyush , according to Star Plus, after playing for the big money of Rs. 2 crore, could be the highest winner so far. But how much the Associate Consultant with Infosys Technology Ltd at has won is a closely guarded secret. Friday episode at 9 p.m. will reveal his fortune
That is, till Friday when the show goes on air. A rightly excited Piyush, however, is all calm and reason when talking about his performance. "To put up a good performance on KBC, you need not be a bookworm.
You just have to use your common sense and take a logical approach. In fact, there were many questions to which I did not know the answers. I just used logic and the elimination technique. There was no extensive research either," he says.
For one who has been hooked on to KBC right from its inception, with a little bit of disappointment that he could not make it to the hot seat earlier, meeting the Big B was the biggest part of the entire dream, of course, leaving apart that undisclosed sum.
"It was a great experience. Mr. Bachchan is a thorough gentleman and was very encouraging. In fact, the entire show is exceptional as regards hospitality.
The organisation is perfect to the T," gushes Piyush, who lives with his wife Prativa in Kondapur

Argument list too long - Work Around

I was deleting files by using rm on the linux server. There is a maximum number of files that can be passed as arguments to rm. So it does not allow you remove the files with 'rm' command.

Using rm to delete files is the easiest way adopted by us (linux users). rm is generally used with ease on a daily basis. So what you can do when the simple rm command does not work.

There were around 72K files were generated in a folder which I wanted to delete this morning. So I went to that directory and tried to remove all the files starting with "Count*".

root # rm Count*
/bin/rm: Argument list too long.

No way. The irritating error message appeared.

Not sure what the maximum number of arguments for rm command, may be its 1024 arguments only.

The workaround is simple: Use find to pipe all the matching files to rm, one at a time.
root # find . -name 'Count*' | xargs rm

And this can remove as many files as you want. This work really great!!
